Right i have attached a load of photos of it, we are in Heathfield in east sussex, the car needs welding in the offside rear arch, under the bonnet on the offside by the vin tag ...

Just had a 'mail from garage selling a 16V.
He had it on eBay but decided to fix it up for MOT. Now feels there's more work. Wants a value.
I'll add more when he responds (I think he was in the East somewhere....)

That rear bearing grease nipple is an old CCC owners trick from WAY back! Good stuff!

Hopefully someone in the South East will check out this GTi on eBay and rescue it?
